Help ADNA and Sun Pharma celebrate a deserving nurse by nominating today!
To recognise an individual ADNA member for outstanding contribution to the field of dermatology nursing in a regional posting. The contribution can be in regard to one or more of the following areas;
- Enhancement of patient education or care in regional Australia
- Advancing the quality use of medicines in regional Australia
- Development of systems or procedures for the benefit of better quality services in regional areas
- Sharing of expertise or knowledge of a disease state or cross a therapeutic area to regional clinics
Nominations can be made by the applicant, another ADNA member or a colleague that has witnessed the contribution first hand, and will be adjudicated by the executive committee. Nomination should give a brief outline of the contribution and the impact it has had.
Please obtain permission from the individual ADNA member, prior to nomination
The award funds are to be used for education/training or for research and can include registrations, travel and accommodation or dermatological meetings and congresses.
To be used for travel costs of or for further education. To be used within 18 months of receipt and course fee invoice or receipts for travel expenses are required within that time frame.
Recipients are expected to present / or write how they used the funds, what motivated their choice and how it had been used to improve their practice or patient well-being in their healthcare setting.
