Understanding which hospital working conditions matter most to nurses and midwives when considering job choices
Dear Colleagues,
Researchers at Monash University, led by Dr Jemimah Ride, are inviting Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Midwives working in Victorian public hospitals to take part in an anonymous online survey.
The study aims to understand which hospital working conditions matter most to nurses and midwives when considering job choices, and how these preferences may help inform future workforce planning and retention strategies.
The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes, and participants may choose to enter a prize draw for the chance to win 1 of 2 × AUD $200 vouchers.
