Members Exclusive Scholarships
The College Consortium Research Scholarship – up to $30,000 available to registered nurses and midwives to conduct a research project that aims to improve access, equity, quality, and outcomes in health care. Applicants must have been an ACN member for at least the past three years or more.
The Sul Stuart-Fraser Scholarship – four scholarships available to registered nurses wishing to undertake the ACN Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing in July 2023 or January 2024. The scholarship covers the cost of the course fees, valued $8,750. Applicants must have been an ACN member for at least the past three years or more.
Annie M Sage Memorial Scholarship – $10,000 available to a registered nurse undertaking postgraduate research study in nursing. Applicants must have been an ACN member for at least the past three years or more.
Patricia Slater Award – full registration, travel and accommodation to attend the 2023 NNF, available to a registered or enrolled nurse who is a Member of ACN and within the first three years of completing their nursing qualification. Applicants must be working in a health facility in rural or remote area Australia.
Sister Margaret Y Winning Nursing Scholarship, sponsored by Perpetual Private – $10,000 available to an ACN member or fellow currently enrolled or intending to enrol in a postgraduate nursing education program at Queensland University of Technology. Must have been an ACN member for at least the past three years or more.
Applications close at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 3 April 2023.
The ACN Foundation is proud to administer a range of scholarships to support nurses in pursuing their health education goals, including undergraduate and postgraduate studies, leadership, research and more. Several scholarships are exclusively available to members of ACN, and to non-members to progress their nursing careers.
