We are inviting registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and registered midwives across Australia to help us shape the future of support for the nursing and midwifery professions.
Why participate?
Your voice can help improve support for nurses and midwives following a clinical incident.
We warmly welcome participants from all cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Who can participate?
If you were practising as a nurse or midwife in Australia when the incident occurred, we would appreciate hearing about your experience.
What is involved?
Attend a confidential 1:1 online interview (30-60 minutes).
The interview will focus on organisational support, not the details of the incident itself.

- ✅ Interviews are conducted online
- ✅ All information remains strictly confidential
- ❌ Please do not participate if the incident is under organisational or disciplinary review
