*Please note: Sponsor display tables may be in the room where learning is taking place. Alternatively, they may be situated in an adjacent room. If the tables displaying sponsor product and branding is in the learning space, the product, signage/branding will be covered during educational sessions. Two cloths are to be brought by the sponsor—one for the table and one to cover product/branding during education sessions. Covers will be removed during trade/break times.
