Plaque psoriasis clinical trial now open for recruitment!
We are currently recruiting participants for a clinical trial on plaque psoriaisis, open to individuals aged 18 and older. This Phase 3 study is a randomised, double-blind, placebo and active comparator controlled trial, designed to assess the efficacy and safety of ESK-001 in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
Eligible participants must have a diagnosis of plaque psoriasis for more than 6 months prior with plaques covering more than 10% of BSA at screening.
If you would like more information about the trial or know a patient who may qualify, please reach out to Nisal Punchihewa or Sarah Chivers.
The Australasian Dermatology Registry (ADR) has achieved a significant milestone with the enrolment of 1000 participants!
This milestone underscores the vital contributions of our participating sites, whose support and collaboration have been central to this achievement. We also recognise the efforts of participants, sponsors, partners, committee members, and the registry team in creating and developing this important resource for dermatology research.
The registry collects local real-world data on patients with psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa and vitiligo to monitor and evaluate new and emerging therapies, identify risk factors for development and severity of skin conditions and provide a platform for dermatology research.
If you are interested in your clinic participating in the registry or you would like more information, you can visit the ADR website or email registry@australasiandermatologyregistry.org.au.
The Australasian Dermatology Registry is a national collaboration between dermatologists, facilitated and coordinated by the Skin Health Institute.
